My name is Nicola Bowden. I am a fully qualified and experienced advanced massage therapist and college lecturer in beauty and complementary therapies. I am also a volunteer at The Old Mill Foundation Cancer Charity where I carry out therapeutic massage treatments.
We offer a range of therapeutic treatments with physical benefits. Following a detailed consultation, treatments are tailored to individual needs to promote well-being.
Bellwood Therapies also offer small group, monthly yin yoga and yoga nidra sessions at Llansamlet Community Centre.
Complementary therapies can be used alongside conventional treatment such as chemotherapy and various other forms of treatments/medication.
