Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a passive, slow, deep, meditative asana practice combined with the theories of Chinese medicine
and Taoism.

Yin yoga is suitable for practitioners of all yoga styles and abilities. Poses are held for an extended time of 3 to 5 minutes.

Deeper layers of the body like fascia, connective tissue, ligaments and joints are
stretched and stimulated.

In Yin yoga each pose is adapted to the personal needs of the practitioner. Two people will never experience the posture in the same way.

And the same pose will look different on every
person. This is because of the difference in the skeletal structure of each individual, injuries, health conditions etc.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique where the practitioner enters the deep states of conscious
relaxation.

Yoga nidra means psychic sleep. It is a state of sleepless sleep where one is on the borderline between sleep and wakefulness. This helps in deep and conscious relaxation, in stress management and therapy, to enhance the learning process in education, to harmonise the deeper unconscious and awaken the inner potential, and also as a meditative technique.

Yoga nidra can be practised by anyone. It holds immense benefits for all those who struggle to let go, those who suffer from lack of sleep, trauma, burn out and anxiety.
